Many caregivers do, and it works for a while. Kinwatch is for when that system starts to strain. When you can't find something fast enough at the doctor's office. When your family needs to share the information and you need to know who changed what. When the ER asks for a full medication list, allergies, and insurance at 2am and you need it printed in one tap.

Apple Notes is great for storing text. Kinwatch turns your family's health information into structured, searchable, shareable, printable data, with a change log so you always know what happened. It's the difference between a folder of loose papers and a well-organized binder that updates itself.

Everything in Kinwatch is encrypted on your device before it ever leaves your phone. Your data lives in your own iCloud account, not on our servers, because we don't have servers. We can't read your data. Apple can't read your data. Only you and the family members you invite can see it.

There are no accounts to create, no passwords to manage, and no data collection of any kind. Kinwatch uses Apple's own end-to-end encryption through iCloud. Your health information is as private as the photos on your phone.

No. One subscription covers up to 5 family members. You subscribe, invite your family, and everyone sees the same shared data. There's nothing additional for them to buy or sign up for. They just need an iCloud account and the Kinwatch app.

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device and syncs through iCloud when you're connected. If you're in a hospital basement with no signal, the app works exactly the same. You can look up medications, print documents, and add notes. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.

Yes. Every document Kinwatch generates (medication lists, emergency sheets, the complete care summary) can be shared as a PDF via email, AirDrop, Messages, or WhatsApp. You can also print directly to any AirPrint printer with one tap. Most people email the PDF to themselves before a doctor visit so they have it ready to print or show on their phone.

Your data is yours. It lives in your iCloud account, not on our servers, because we don't have servers. If you cancel, your data doesn't disappear. You won't lose anything you've entered.

No. Health data demands accuracy. An AI that hallucinates a wrong dosage or misreads a medication name could be genuinely dangerous. Everything in Kinwatch is entered by you, stored exactly as you entered it, and shown back to you without interpretation. What you type is what your doctor sees.

I'm Michael Raab. I spent years managing health information for a loved one with paper binders, Google Docs, and photos of pill bottles. I built what I wished existed. Kinwatch is not a venture-backed startup or a corporation's side project.
